Employment Type: Per-Diem (2 Days/Week)
Hourly Rate: $28.98/hr

✅ Qualifications
✔️ Graduate of an accredited LPN program
✔️ Active Vermont LPN license
✔️ Current BLS certification
✔️ 1+ year of experience in skilled nursing, rehab, or long-term care
✔️ Proficient in wound care, med administration, and EHR documentation
✔️ Excellent communication skills and a calm, empathetic demeanor
