We offer comprehensive family medicine and urgent care services in Corona and family medicine in our Chino Hills location. Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Medical Provider (MD, DO, NP, or PA) to join our team. The provider will deliver a broad range of services in family medicine and urgent care at our Corona clinic and family medicine only at our Chino Hills clinic. The ideal candidate is someone who is caring, dependable, and able to work independently while fostering trust with our patients.

Responsibilities:
• Provide primary care and urgent care services to patients of all ages
• Perform comprehensive medical assessments and develop treatment plans
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests, prescribe medications, and manage chronic conditions
• Perform minor procedures as appropriate for urgent care settings
• Document patient encounters in EMR in a timely and thorough manner
• Collaborate with clinic staff to ensure smooth and efficient operations
• Educate patients on health maintenance and disease prevention

Qualifications:
• Active and unrestricted CA license (MD, DO, NP, or PA)
• DEA license in good standing
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in family medicine and/or urgent care preferred
• BLS certification (ACLS preferred)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• EMR experience (we use [insert system if preferred])
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Work Schedule:
• Flexible schedule available (Full-Time or Part-Time)
• Weekend or evening availability preferred but not required
