Job description

- Three different locations are available - San Jose, Fremont, and Gilroy. If able to go to all three the candidate will be more likely to get an offer.
- Contract Length: 6 months
- Shift Details: 8 hour shifts
- Schedule: Mon – Fri 8am – 5pm (lunch required)

- Patients per day: 18 (21+ Preferred)
- Patient population/age: All ages
- EMR: Epic
- Practice Setting: Outpatient Clinic
