Home Health Physician Assistant needed in Ok
Start Date: As soon as credentialed
Contract Length: 13 weeks with the option to extend
Schedule: Flexible Schedule- Monday - Sunday (no nights/weekends required) 7a-7p
Job details: Conduct pre scheduled In-home Health Evaluations for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and certain commercial plan members; 6-9 visits per day

OK License Required
Credentialing Timeframe: 1-3 weeks
Medical malpractice insurance, travel, and lodging provided
