• Needs to see ages 2 and up
• Will take BC or BE Family Medicine
• Flexible on schedule but highly prefers full time
• Schedule: M-F; 8a-5p; Alternating Saturdays 8a-12p; On these weeks the physician will work 8a-12p one of the Monday-Friday days
• EMR: NexGen
• 2 dedicated MAs to provider
• 3-4 week credentialing
• There will be an orientation
