📍 Position Details:
• Start Date: ASAP, as soon as credentialed
• Contract Length: Ongoing
• Schedule/Shift Details: Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM
• Credentialing Timeframe: 60+ days
• Patient Volume: ~18 patients per day
• EMR: Epic
• Support Staff: 1 RN, 2 MAs

Job Overview:
Aya Locums is seeking a Locum Family Medicine Physician for an ongoing coverage need in northern California. This role involves providing care to a mix of pediatric and adult patients in an outpatient setting.

Responsibilities:
• Provide care for pediatric and adult patients
• Manage a daily patient load of 18
• Utilize Epic EMR for patient documentation
• Work with support staff (1 RN, 2 MAs)

Requirements:
• Board Certification: Strongly preferred in Family Medicine
• License: Active California medical license (NO LICENSURE CANDIDATES WILL BE CONSIDERED)
• DEA: Required
• Certifications: BLS required
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years in outpatient Family Medicine/primary care
