Job description

• Start date: ASAP, once credentialing process is complete
• Schedule: 40 hours a week
• EMR: Next Gen, EPIC
• Patients Per Day: 20-22
• Credentialing Timeframe: 3-4 weeks
• We will cover T&L if needed
