• 6-month contract
• 40 hrs/week (M–F 8–5, Sat 8–1)
• 18–20 patients/day
• Ambulatory clinic (no ER overflow)
• MA support + OCHIN Epic
• Travel/lodging covered
• Credentialing: 3–4 weeks
