Schedule: 4 days/week | 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Start Date: ASAP – Must be available to start within 4–6 weeks
Contract Length: 3 months with potential to extend

Patient Population: Seniors 60+ | High-need, complex care | ~14 patients/day

EMR: EPIC – 2+ years of experience required & No hospital exp required
Will take either Internal or Family Med!
