A growing clinic/private practice in California is seeking Primary Care physicians (MDs - Family Medicine or Internal Medicine) for locum tenens coverage due to practice expansion. The facility fosters a supportive environment focused on mentorship and professional development, and is open to both experienced providers and new grads. Providers will see an average of 20-24 patients per day depending on shift length, with patient populations ranging from pediatrics to adults based on provider specialty. EMR system is AllScripts. Bilingual providers are strongly encouraged to apply. Travel, lodging, and malpractice are covered.

About the clinician's workday
Schedules are flexible with full-time or part-time options available. Providers can work 4 days per week (longer shifts) or 5 days per week (standard 8a-5p). The practice also allows a half-day per week for administrative/charting time.
