A growing private practice clinic in California is expanding and seeking multiple Primary Care providers to join on a locum tenens basis. Both full-time and part-time schedules are available, with flexible shift options. The clinic fosters a supportive work environment with a strong emphasis on mentorship, development, and long-term support for both new grads and experienced providers. The practice sees patients of all ages depending on provider specialty. EMR system is AllScripts. Bilingual providers are strongly encouraged to apply. Travel, lodging, and malpractice are fully covered.

About the clinician's workday
Schedules are flexible:
• 4-day work week (longer shifts: 8a-8p or 8a-10p)
• OR 5-day work week (standard 8a-5p)
• Average 20-24 patients per shift depending on hours
• Half-day each week allocated for administrative/charting time
