Family Practice/PCP Physician Needed in CA:
Start Date: As soon as credentialed
Contract Length: 3 months with option for extension
Schedule: 3x8, Days 8am-5pm with 7 hours of patient-facing time and 1 hour for charting/documentation
Work details:
• So-Cal Locals Preferred!
• Charting Software: Epic
• Ave. Daily Census: 18-21
• Patient Age Group: ALL AGES

CA License Required (We can help license you)
Credentialing Timeframe: 60-90 Days
Medical malpractice insurance, travel, and lodging provided
