Description:
Flexible Schedule: Choose your own days, Monday through Sunday (day shifts only, no nights  or weekends required)
Evaluation only visits - no prescribing, no lab orders, no treatment changes
Pre populated, patient specific forms provided for each visit
Paid travel available 

Requirements:
Board Certification in Family Medicine (ABFM preferred)
Active CA state medical license
Credentialling can be completed in as little as 7 days, and multiple start dates are available.
