Start Date: 10/1/25
Contract Length: 6 mo, possible options to extend
Shift Details: 8:30-5:00p
Schedule: 4 days/week, every week
Patients per day: 20/day – mostly all return patients
Patient population/age: all adult 18+
Department description: Clinic manages a lot of chronic diseases. Clinic sees some urgent primary care needs for sickness, etc.
