Outpatient Family Practice

Start Date: ASAP (1 week to credential)

Contract Length: 3 months with an option to extend. *Preference for physicians open to full-time/permanent positions later on.

Shift Details: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Coverage Needed: Full-time

Patients per Day: 20

Call Schedule: None

Patient Population: Adults/Geriatrics

EMR: AllScripts

Board Certification: Required

State License: Required CO license

Credentialing Time Frame: 1 week
