Exciting opportunity for a Family Medicine Physician in Northwest Florida to become part of a well-established FQHC with multiple locations across North Florida. The organization is dedicated to offering high-quality and affordable medical and dental care to families. The Family Medicine Physician will be responsible for overseeing proactive care coordination, addressing chronic conditions, and identifying wellness and preventive services for patients of all ages.
