Start Date: July 9 (Need is for maternity leave for 90 days.)
Schedule: Weekdays | 8a-5p
Department description: Well Visits, Annual Exams, Sick Visits, Sports Physicals, Vaccinations and Immunizations
Credentialing: 30 days or less
State Lic: GA Required, IMLC Accepted
