• Setting: Outpatient
• Patients Per Shift: 20
• Coverage Dates: March 31 - Ongoing
• Schedule: Mon-Fri / 830a-530p
• Certifications: Active GA License
• Credentialing Timeframe: 21 Days
• Support Staff: 1 RN, 2 MA, 1 APP, 3 Front Office Staff
• Details: Must be able to see all ages.. Epic training can only happen after credentialing, and must be completed before provider can start.
