Full Time Outpatient PC assignment for FM Physician

Looking for 1 Family Practice Physicians to assist!

Looking to start as soon as credentialed! Credentialing takes about 45-60 days

Must have IN license (during time of present) and DEA.

Must be Board Certified

Able to assist Mon-Friday 8-5 to assist in Outpatient facility.

No call responsibilities.

EPIC experience highly preferred

Patient Volume: 20-22/day

Support Staff: PSR,MA & RNs/ 1 Physician and 2 Apps on

• Will Cover Travel and Lodging
• 3 month assignment with option to extend
