A FQHC is seeking a family medicine physician for locum tenens coverage. Creds take about 2 weeks.

Springfield, Massachusetts is home to a 24/7 casino and entertainment complex for you to enjoy while off-duty! There are also all kinds of authentic Greek and BBQ food all around the city. On top of that there are plenty of museums and parks to enjoy your time off as well.

About the clinician's workday

This assignment begins in July or August and lasts 3 to 6 months, with a quick 2-week credentialing process. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with a 30-minute unpaid lunch and no call. The provider will see about 1520 adult patients daily. Candidates must be board certified or board eligible (BC preferred) and vaccinated for COVID or flu, though religious exemptions are accepted. While new grads are considered, the ideal candidate has at least 2 years of experience and is comfortable supervising multiple APPs.
