Full time Family Medicine Locum assignment located in Central Michigan

Job description

7:30-4:30 clinic hours After hours call is based on rotation

Reason for Locum coverage: Recruitment gap

Patients per day: 20

Provide information on support staff, APP coverage, number of providers in the clinic and on-site services (lab, radiology, procedure room:)

Support Staff = MA and Receptionist, POC testing Diagnostic Imaging in building

Current EHR in use: Healthland

Family Medicine Procedures/Skills: (REQUIRED)

Adult Outpatient

Pediatric-General Outpatient
