Physician needed in Montana for Locums! See details below: 

Location: Wolf Point, Montana
• MI License, CSR and DEA
• PA preferred, might look at NP but PA is much preferred
• Will need to be collaborating physician to 2 NP/Pas
• FQHC
• Starting ASAP – 2 week credentialing
• 3-6 month assignment
• Monday-Friday 8-5 seeing about 12-15 patients per day - highest would be 23 PPD
• Allscripts EMR
• Not 100% sure on T/L – they have a new CFO starting next week
