Great Family Practice Locum assignment in Western Michigan for MD/DO

Job description

MI License, CSR and DEA
Family Medicine Physician preferred – will look at Internal Medicine (Have a pediatrician)
Will need to be collaborating physician to 2 NP/Pas
FQHC
Starting ASAP – 2 week credentialing
3-6 month assignment
Monday-Friday 8-5 seeing about 12-15 patients per day - highest would be 23 PPD
Allscripts EMR
