Job description
A Federally Qualified Health Center in Western Michigan is seeking a Primary Care Physician for a part-time or full-time locum assignment. This is an outpatient-only role with a manageable patient load and excellent support staff, including advanced practitioners.
Assignment Details:
📍 Location: Western MI – FQHC clinic setting
👩⚕️ Specialty: Family Medicine preferred, Internal Medicine considered
🗓️ Start Date: ASAP – ~2 week credentialing
📅 Duration: 3–6 months
🕗 Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8AM–5PM
📈 Patient Volume: 12–15/day on average; max 23
💻 EMR: Allscripts
👥 Collaboration: Will serve as collaborating physician for 2 NPs/PAs
📄 Requirements: Active MI license, CSR, and DEA
🚗 Travel & Lodging: Yes – provided
