ASSIGNMENT DETAILS:

Locations: Minneapolis Metro area
Start Date: ASAP-ongoing
Schedule: 4 days/week 8a-6p, lunch break provided midday
No Call
Patient Volume: 15-20 patients/day
Patient ages: Women 65+

QUALIFICATIONS:
BC/BE FP/IM Physician
Active MN license or IMLC

• Ongoing, long-term need
• 4x 10s, outpatient
• Focus on women's wellness and preventative care for age 65+
