THE OPPORTUNITY-Join an established, collegial group of 27 FM providers (18 physicians, 9 APPs) that is moving foward with a 3rd recruitment after successfully attracting two new physicians to their group!-Outpatient-only-Flexible scheduling and practice scope-Part-time options available-Newborn nursery rounding option and teaching opportunities for interested candidatesCOMPENSATION & BENEFITS-275k guaranteed base salary-2-year partnership track-Flat hierarchy – All shareholders are equal-Proven earnings in the mid- to high-400s-40k in recruitment incentives-Up to 43.5k in profit sharing helps shareholders maximize their pretax retirement savings!-5 weeks PTO (7 weeks year 3 and up to 9 weeks year 15)-6 paid holidays-12 early-out / late-in days-Fully-paid family health/dental, LTD - a 35k value!Waconia, Minnesota, situated on the 2nd largest lake in the Twin Cities, offers a little of everything from lakeside living to surrounding fast-paced suburban communities.
