Board Cert in Family Medicine – Required
Looking for providers who are comfortable with OB.
Providers who are willing to train/supervise welcomed.
Family Medicine Clinic is location within United Hospital campus.
No floating to other facilities
ACLS needed

Specific schedule:
4x10s weekly plus 1 admin day.
• The admin day depends on clinic needs

• Ongoing contract
• 24-hour remote call – once per week
• Cases include OB
