Job description

🏥 Provide outpatient family medicine care, managing 16-18 patients/day
🩺 Serve as Medical Director with ~12 hrs/week of clinical & administrative leadership
⏰ Work mainly day shifts Mon-Fri + 1 evening shift until 7:00 PM
📞 Participate in on-call coverage evenings, nights & weekends (call ratio 1:10)
💻 Utilize Epic EMR for seamless documentation
🤝 Collaborate with a tight-knit team of 6 providers in a rural health center
📈 Drive quality improvement initiatives & oversee clinical operations
✅ Maintain full compliance with credentialing, licensing, & hospital policies
🌿 Engage in patient care, team meetings, & community health outreach

Requirements:

✔️ Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
