• Community Health Center based
• Family Physician
• BE/BC (strongly prefer board certified)
• NO new grads
• 20-25 patients per day
• 9a-5p
• Full Time - with FT support staff
• Part Time Possible: Must be able to do a minimum 3 days a week
• EMR: ECW
• NO T&L
- Treating all ages
- Part time possible, must do 3days minimum
- Approx. 20-25 patients per day
