Family Physician GTA/Etobicoke Opportunity in a Supportive Clinic with 20% Overheads

Upon visiting this clinic, located within a large well-known pharmacy, we are immediately greeted with a clean and calm atmosphere. The waiting room is large with ample seating. The front desk staff are highly trained, with previous experience as ICU/Radiology nurses. The clinic itself is clean and organized. There are two well-experienced physicians currently working in this location, both with large rosters of over 2000 people each.

This is an opportunity to join a clinic with large rosters and opportunity to grow. There is the option of joining a FHO model if preferred.

THE OPPORTUNITY:
20% overhead
Waiting list started for incoming physician, with the opportunity to transfer part of a roster of a physician who is nearing retirement
Supportive staff including two physicians who are ready and willing to assist the incoming physician
Significant growth expected as construction begins on eleven new condominiums within walking distance
3300 square foot new building planned with 12 exam rooms, efficient clinic layout with opportunity for 3 exam rooms each
Highly educated support staff, including ICU Nurse as MOA
Rehabilitation facility located within clinic, including chiropractor and physiotherapy
Diverse patient population
Currently pre-booked appointments, but would like to open up to walk-in visits once a new physician begins
Clinic is subletting from a pharmacy, so there is easy access to pharmacy support

REQUIREMENTS
Eligible for licensure with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario (CPSO)
Good standing with current regulatory body
Fluency in Ukrainian will be considered an asset
