💲 Salary: $165,000 – $190,000 annually + $10,000 Sign-On Bonus

✅ Key Responsibilities
✔️ Provide comprehensive care to adult and geriatric patients for acute and chronic conditions
✔️ Prescribe medications and therapies with appropriate ISTOP/PMP compliance
✔️ Educate patients about preventive care, lifestyle, and disease management
✔️ Communicate test results and treatment plans clearly and compassionately
✔️ Document care using EMR and leverage IT tools to manage daily patient flow

✅ Qualifications
✔️ Education: MD from an accredited medical school
✔️ Licensure/Certifications:
  ✔️ Active NYS Medical License
  ✔️ Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Primary Care
✔️ Experience: Background in adult/geriatric primary care preferred
✔️ Technical Skills: EMR proficiency; ISTOP/PMP knowledge
✔️ Soft Skills: Strong communication, empathy, and cultural competency
