✅ Key Responsibilities
✔️ Perform routine and acute care exams for nursing home residents
✔️ Diagnose illnesses and develop appropriate care plans
✔️ Prescribe and interpret lab tests, imaging, and medications
✔️ Educate patients on wellness, prevention, and treatment adherence
✔️ Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams including nurses and specialists
✔️ Refer patients to appropriate specialists when necessary
✔️ Document assessments, treatments, and outcomes in EHR
✔️ Stay current with medical developments and best practices in geriatrics
✔️ Foster a trusting and compassionate environment for elderly care

✅ Qualifications
✔️ Education: MD or DO degree from an accredited institution
✔️ Licensure: Active New York State Limited Permit as a Physician (required)
✔️ Experience: Open to new graduates
✔️ Technical Skills: Clinical assessment, chronic disease management, and EHR documentation
✔️ Soft Skills: Strong communication, empathy, adaptability, and teamwork in fast-paced settings
