Location:
Two Sites: One at the southern tip of New York, and the second just one hour north along Interstate 6.

Position Type:
Locum Tenens
Duration: ASAP start – 6 months (initial 3-month commitment with option to extend)

Specialty:
Family Medicine (FP) or Internal Medicine (IM)
No other specialties accepted

Schedule:
Full-Time, Monday through Friday
8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
No call

Facility Type:
Family Health Center (serving both outpatient and an inpatient wing
Strong, experienced support staff in place

Daily Volume:
16–20 patients per day

Requirements:
Active New York Medical License
Board Certified in Family or Internal Medicine
DEA and BLS certification required
Must provide evidence-based outpatient and inpatient care
Strong charting and medical documentation skills

Credentialing:
Estimated Time: 30–60 days
Managed by third-party credentialing partner
