Setting: Outpatient Only , No Inpatient Duties

Job Overview
Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care to patients of all ages
Work as part of a dynamic, physician-led care team
Collaborate closely with Advanced Practice Providers (APPs)
Maintain a 40-hour work week, including:
- 34 hours of direct patient care
- 6 hours of administrative duties
Participate in teaching opportunities with medical, NP, and PA students
Utilize EPIC EMR for all patient documentation
See an average of 18–24 patients per day
Optional involvement in hospital medicine or leadership roles
Ensure compliance with all licensure and certification requirements
Schedule & Call Details
Work Schedule:
Flexible 4- or 5-day work week
No in-office weekend work
Light telemedicine only during weekends
On-Call:
Approximately 1 in every 70 days
Phone-only call with RN triage as first contact
Telemedicine for 2–3 hours on a weekend once every 3 months
Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary: $250,000 – $260,000
Starting Bonus: Up to $75,000 (paid in first paycheck)
Retention Bonus: $25,000 at start of Year 2

Requirements
Board Certified in Family Medicine – REQUIRED

Active NY License (or willingness to obtain) – REQUIRED
DEA & ACLS Certifications – REQUIRED
Clean malpractice and licensing history – REQUIRED
Willingness to work full-time (4 or 5 days/week) – REQUIRED
Strong interest in providing primary care across all age groups – REQUIRED
