Family Medicine Physician needed for Ongoing Part-time Coverage in EastCentral Ohio

Need coverage ASAP- Ongoing
BC FM preferred
Active OH license or IMLC
DEA required
Need coverage because current FM physician is slowing down and only wants to work 2-3 days per week
Looking for someone to work 2-3 days per week
Must be able to work on Tuesdays-can be flexible with the other dates
Outpatient clinic only
No call
8a-5p shift time
Average 15-25 patients per day
1 other FM and 2 OB/GYN providers on staff
RNs & LPNs on staff to assist physicians
AllScripts EMR
No Hospital credentialing required

• 2-3 days a week (8am-5pm) Tuesdays and flexible on other dates.
• Prefer FM Boarded but not required
• Average 15-25 patients per day
