Job description

• Credentialing could be from 30-60 days
• Looking for a NP that can do 12 days a month
• About 35- 40 patients per day
• 7a-7p (hour lunch)
• Will have support from 1-2 MA’s
• West Salem, Oregon is the location of the facility
• Suturing, Flu, Cold, Splinting, physicals, toenail removal
• They would be expected to see ages that are 2 and up
