Start Date: ASAP, roughly 30 days to credential
Contract Length: LOCUMS TO PERM OR PERM PREFERRED. Will consider locums if they will agree to a 6 month contract.
Shift Details: M-F, 8:00-5:00
Patients per day: 20 PPD ~
Patient population/age: Adults/Geriatrics
EMR: Elation
Board Certification: Yes

• No Call
• Monday through Friday
• Adults Only
