• Sept 11th, 12th, 15th, 16th and 17th
• 30 mins south of Richmond
• Private Outpatient Practice
• 8:30am - 5pm
• 18 - 24 patients daily
• New Born - 21 Years Old
• Support staff - MA's
• Standard OPC - Sports physicals, medication refills, sick/well visits
• EMR system: Radysans
• Temporary Privileges are available and they should be able to get provider in ASAP
