MD/DO's needed in Family Practice clinics

Job description

Start Date: As soon as credentialed.
Contract Length: 3 months, possibility to extend
Shift Details: 8a-5p, 40hrs/week. 8 hour work day with 1 hour unpaid lunch.
Schedule: Monday-Friday
· Amount of Coverage Needed per Month: FT. 40hrs/week.
· Patients per day: Family Physicians are expected to see up to 18 patients per day.
Provider should be comfortable working with all ages.
· EMR: EPIC
Community Health Center
· Board Certification: Required
· License Required: Active WA license required.
· DEA: Active WA DEA required

Credentialing Timeframe: 2-3 weeks

Spanish or Russian speakers are a plus.
