Job Description:
• Seeking Full-Time Family Medicine Doctor in Ashland Wisconsin
• M-Fri-8-4:30
• 15-20 PT per day
• Great support staff
• EMR:EPIC/Aria
• 90 Day Credentialing
• ASAP start date


• Facility will accept multiple providers
• No license requirement to bid
• No temps available
• outpatient setting
• Board certified or board eligible (BC doesn't need to be for specialty on AR)
• BLS required
• Specialty skills required
o well women care
o toddler (1-2) years
o Child (3-13) years
o Adolescent (13-18) years
o General outpatient

Willing to consider 1 or 2 Physicians to take the entirety of the shift. Full-time clinic based services. Flexible to cover ability to travel home for an occasional weekend or two within a month. No call nor hospital based services required. Flexible start/stop times each workday if necessary. 4 additional MD's and 1 APC in practice at this clinic.
