✅ Qualifications
✔ MD or DO from an accredited institution
✔ Active WY Medical License (unrestricted)
✔ Board Certified in Internal Medicine, Geriatrics, or Family Medicine
✔ 5+ years of clinical experience in LTC/skilled nursing
✔ Leadership background in healthcare administration
✔ Familiarity with PointClickCare EMR preferred
✔ Strong communication & interdisciplinary leadership skills

✔ Oversee and evaluate the delivery of resident medical care
✔ Develop & implement medical policies and procedures
✔ Attend Quality Assurance and Health Care team meetings
✔ Lead initiatives to reduce infection risks and maintain safety
✔ Support advanced directives & person-centered care
✔ Provide guidance on regulatory compliance and staff development
✔ Monitor and evaluate medical staff performance
✔ Use PointClickCare for documentation and communication
