✅ Qualifications
✔️ MD or DO degree with specialization in Psychiatry
✔️ Active, unrestricted medical license (any U.S. state)
✔️ Must be licensed to conduct business in Washington
✔️ 2+ years of post-graduate psychiatry training
✔️ 5+ years of DDDS consultation experience (preferred)
✔️ Not excluded from Medicare, Medicaid, or other federal healthcare programs

✅ Key Responsibilities
✔️ Review psychiatric records, evaluations, and clinical documentation
✔️ Assess severity and functional limitations of conditions like depression, anxiety, or schizophrenia
✔️ Provide written and verbal consultation to DDDS adjudicator staff
✔️ Participate in adjudication team meetings to support accurate disability determinations
✔️ Attend quarterly consultant meetings
✔️ Ensure compliance with DDDS and federal documentation protocols
