Work Details:
• Support staff: 4 MA’s, 3 PA/NPs, 6 Office/Staff
• Amount of coverage needed per month:
• Patients per day: 20-25
• EMR: Cerner

Practice Setting:
• Outpatient

Requirements:
• Board Certification: Yes
• License required: Yes – AZ Only
• DEA: Yes
• Certifications required: BLS
• Minimum experience required: 1+ Years of experience
Credentialing Timeframe: 60 days

• Ongoing for 6 months
• Scheduled hours + On Call required
• Full support staff
