New locum opening for Gastroenterology physician in Richlands, VA-VA license only-$400 HR-Temp priv available

Avg ppd 20-25 ppd
30-day credentialing process
VA license only to apply
Inpatient call and outpatient scheduled
Tri-City Air, Blountville, TN-Nearest Air
The physician will work Monday, Wednesday and Friday in the Endoscopy Suite doing procedures.  
Tuesdays the physician will see patients in the office.  
Thursdays is 1/2 in office and 1/2 in Endoscopy Suite doing procedures.
The physician will take night call.  

Telephone calls are not callback hours.  You have to actually come into the facility to see the patient to claim callback hours.

Rates:
$400 Hr  Reg time
$500 OT/CallBack
$500 Night Call
$3,400 24-hour call
