📍 Locum Tenens Gastroenterology Opening | Washington | 24-Hour Call + Inpatient/Outpatient Coverage

We are seeking a board-certified Gastroenterologist licensed in Washington State to provide coverage for a gap in services at a well-supported facility. This position includes inpatient and outpatient care along with 24-hour unrestricted call. You'll work alongside two other GI physicians, hospitalists, and two APPs in a collaborative environment with EPIC EMR.

📅 Current Coverage Needs:

July: 1–13 and 28–31

August: 5–10 and 22–31

🩺 Position Details:

Setting: Both inpatient and outpatient

Hospital Beds: 126

Patient Population: Adults

Average Census: 12–14 patients/day

Responsibilities: Rounding, admissions, consults, and ACU cases

Schedule: Variable 24-hour call shifts

ACU shifts: Tuesday–Thursday

Weekend 24-hour call: Friday–Sunday (call ends Monday at 8 AM)

Shift Standard: 8-hour ACU shift + 24-hour call

EMR: EPIC (proficient use required)

Certifications Required: Board Certification + any MSO-mandated credentials

Licensure: WA license required (no licensing candidates at this time)
