✅ Qualifications
✔️ Associate’s degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
✔️ Valid California PTA license and BLS certification
✔️ Minimum 1 year of PTA experience
✔️ Skilled in therapeutic modalities, exercise techniques, and EMR documentation
✔️ Excellent communication skills, empathy, and a team-first attitude

✅ Key Responsibilities
✔️ Assist Physical Therapists in carrying out personalized treatment plans
✔️ Guide patients through therapeutic exercises and recovery-focused routines
✔️ Track and report patient progress to supervising therapists
✔️ Maintain up-to-date documentation and follow clinical care standards
✔️ Educate patients and families on home exercises and recovery strategies
