✅ Key Responsibilities
✔️ Prepare patients for dental procedures and document medical/dental histories
✔️ Assist dentists during treatments, including passing instruments and suctioning
✔️ Sterilize instruments and maintain infection control compliance
✔️ Take and process dental X-rays under supervision
✔️ Manage dental supply inventory and basic equipment upkeep
✔️ Maintain patient records and support scheduling duties
✔️ Ensure the clinic remains clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards

✅ Qualifications
✔️ Education: High school diploma or equivalent (required); dental assisting program graduate preferred
✔️ Licensure: Indiana Radiologic License (for X-rays) and CPR certification (required)
✔️ Experience:
  ✔️ 1+ year in dental assisting
  ✔️ Hospital or public health experience a plus
✔️ Technical Skills: Dental sterilization, radiography, EHR, inventory tracking
✔️ Soft Skills: Detail-oriented, communicative, adaptable, and patient-focused
