✅ Key Responsibilities
✔️ Assist patients with ADLs including bathing, dressing, toileting, and mobility
✔️ Monitor patient conditions and report any changes to the nursing team
✔️ Engage patients in rehab-centered activities to support recovery
✔️ Ensure accurate documentation of patient care in EHR
✔️ Maintain a clean and safe environment, following infection control protocols
✔️ Collaborate with RNs, therapists, and other caregivers to provide holistic care

✅ What We’re Looking For
✔️ High school diploma or equivalent
✔️ Active ME CNA certification & current BLS
✔️ Experience in skilled nursing or rehab facility preferred
✔️ Strong communication, teamwork, and adaptability
✔️ Ability to multitask in a fast-paced healthcare environment
✔️ Must have reliable transportation

✅ Schedule & Compensation
✔️ Per-Diem: 2 shifts/week
✔️ Shift Hours: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
✔️ Rate: $18.16/hour
