✅ Qualifications
✔️ Completion of a state-approved nursing assistant training program
✔️ Active NH LNA certification and current BLS certification
✔️ Minimum 1 year of experience in rehab, long-term, or acute care
✔️ Skilled in ADLs, infection control, and patient monitoring
✔️ Empathetic, team-oriented, and adaptable

✅ Key Responsibilities
✔️ Assist residents with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, mobility, etc.)
✔️ Observe and report changes in patient conditions
✔️ Support therapy sessions and patient safety
✔️ Maintain accurate documentation of care
✔️ Collaborate with RNs, therapists, and other staff to deliver holistic care
✔️ Uphold cleanliness and safety in patient areas
