✅ Key Responsibilities
✔️ Assist patients with bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and other ADLs
✔️ Monitor and report changes in patient conditions to the nursing team
✔️ Support therapy goals by preparing patients and equipment
✔️ Maintain accurate patient documentation and logs
✔️ Ensure a clean, safe, and supportive environment
✔️ Work collaboratively with nurses, therapists, and care teams

✅ What We’re Looking For
✔️ Completion of a state-approved nursing assistant training program
✔️ Active New Hampshire LNA certification
✔️ Current BLS certification
✔️ 1+ year of LNA experience (rehab, long-term care, or acute care preferred)
✔️ Skilled in ADLs, vital signs, and infection control practices
✔️ Empathetic, team-oriented, and dependable under pressure

✅ Schedule & Compensation
✔️ Per-Diem: 1 shift/week
✔️ Shift Hours: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM
✔️ Additional: Every other weekend + some holidays required
✔️ Rate: $17.50/hour
